Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping:

Mantel ships using USPS or UPS. All items ship within 2-3 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. If you require a rush order, international shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, please contact us at shop@mantelpdx.com for a shipping quote. 

Online Return Policy:

Returns of full-priced items are accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Sale items are final sale. Please email shop@mantelpdx.com to have your return approved. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of approval and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Mantel in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Mantel. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is determined to be damaged. Items that do not show factory made perfection in form and finish do not qualify as defective as these are handmade items. Variations that show the handmade nature are to be expected. 

Once your return is received and inspected, Mantel will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Mantel immediately with detailed photos and a damage report. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

Local Pickup:

Local pick-up is available for Portland, OR residents. At checkout select PORTLAND STORE PICK-UP as your shipping method. Orders can be picked up during shop hours at 8202 N. Denver St. Portland, OR 97217.

International Shipping:

Currently Mantel only ships to Canada. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to other countries.
