CLASSIC BISTRO:
Bistro-style seasoning including white wine & garlic. Pair with a glass of wine and sweet and smoky cheeses.
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, White Wine Less Than 1% of the Following: Garlic, Turbinado Sugar, Celery Juice Powder, Water, Lactic Acid Starter Culture

CHIPOTLE MOLE:
A smoky salami made with chipotle pepper, ghost pepper, garlic, and cocoa. Pair with fresh fruit, crackers, and soft cheeses.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, less than 1% of the following: Cocoa, Chipotle Chili, Ghost Chili, Garlic, Clove, Turbinado Sugar, Celery Juice Powder, Water, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.

A rich salami with generous amounts of bacon and bourbon, balanced with white pepper, and maple syrup. Pair with sweet or smoky cheese and a bourbon cocktail.
